The Golden State Warriors bring the trophy back to the Bay Area.
It what turned out to be an intense Game 6 the Golden State Warriors beat the Cleveland Cavaliers 105-97, taking home the championship trophy in the NBA Finals.
Long time Veteran Andre Iguodala was awarded the Finals MVP Trophy. Iguodala got his first start in the finals during Game 4. Getting that start Iguodala was able to lift his team during each game and help them walk away with the trophy.
Winning their first NBA title in 40 years has become a big deal for Warriors fans. Back in the Bay they celebrated at Oracle Arena.
